Occasionally, there can be connection issues between the NW400 and the target computer (the computer that is running ImageAnywhere). Most of the time, theses issues are related to the NW400 not being able to find the shared folder on the target computer. This can be frustrating, but relatively easy to troubleshoot and fix.
Anytime there is a connection problem, the first thing to do is to check to see if the computer is able to ping the NW400.
If this ping fails, we have to figure out why that is happening. The most likely culprit is that the IP on the NW400 or the computer has been changed. It's a good idea to do an IPconfig on the computer and confirm that the IP address is set to 10.1.1.2.
If the IP address on the computer is not accurate, like it is in the example above, resetting the adapter should do the trick.
Once it is confirmed that the IP is correct on both the NW400 and the computer, we should be able to ping the NW400 from the computer.
If the ping is successful, the connection issue should be resolved!
