DICOM OPT files are generated from OCT machines and allow you to view more of the "slice" information from an OCT. Some OCT devices can also export a corresponding fundus photo as well, this is usually referred to as a DICOM OP file.
When a DICOM OPT file and an associated DICOM OP are imported to Unified, they can can be viewed and manipulated in Unified as well.
Registration data is shown on the corresponding fundus photo, this outlines where the b-scan image originated from.
To "scroll" through the b-scan slices, use the mouse wheel (or two-finger scroll on a touch screen):
